Rawalpindi’s own track record supports that date. This September, the board announced the Part-II result on 23 September, exactly as the provincial schedule said, with a ceremony at the board auditorium. The Part-I result follows the same calendar about a month later.

If you see a different date on another website, check whether it is quoting the January draft schedule, which listed 12 October. That draft was replaced, and 22 October is the date the boards are working to.
Which districts come under Rawalpindi Board?
BISE Rawalpindi now covers six districts: Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, and the two newer districts of Murree and Talagang. Students in Murree and Talagang sometimes wonder whether they moved to a different board when their districts were created. They did not. Both remain under Rawalpindi, and Talagang in fact topped the district table in this year’s Part-II result with 63.31%.
One common mix-up: Islamabad is not under BISE Rawalpindi. Colleges in Islamabad take the Federal Board (FBISE) exams, which run on a different schedule. If your roll number slip says FBISE, this page is not for you.
How to Check BISE Rawalpindi 1st Year Result by Roll Number
The board publishes results on its own portal. Keep your roll number slip in front of you before you start.

A small but important note: the board’s older address, biserwp.edu.pk, still appears on many websites and old posts. The board’s current website is biserawalpindi.edu.pk. If one address does not load on result morning, try the other before assuming the site is down.
Like every board, Rawalpindi’s portal slows down in the first hour. If it freezes, wait a few minutes rather than refreshing over and over, or switch to SMS.

BISE Rawalpindi 1st Year Result Gazette 2026
After the result, the board uploads the result gazette to the Result Gazettes section of biserawalpindi.edu.pk. It is a PDF with every candidate’s result, arranged institution by institution, and it opens with a summary of candidates appeared, passed and the pass percentage for the board.
To find your own line, open the PDF and search your roll number (Ctrl + F on a laptop, the search icon on a phone). The gazette is large, so download it on Wi-Fi if you can. Teachers and principals find it the quickest way to see a whole class; students find it useful when the result portal is too slow.
How Rawalpindi Board Part-I Students Have Done
This is the part most students want to know, and the honest answer is that Part-I in Rawalpindi is tough.

In both 2023 and 2025, fewer than half of Rawalpindi’s Part-I candidates cleared every paper on the first attempt. That is lower than most Punjab boards; Lahore, for comparison, recorded 53.77% in Part-I in 2025.
In 2025, the group-wise picture looked like this:
- Pre-Engineering had the highest pass rate at 55.78%.
- Humanities (FA) had the lowest at 36.14%.
- The compulsory Tarjama-tul-Quran and Islamic Education papers had the highest subject pass rates, at 98.67% and 96.17%.
In other words, students rarely fall short in the compulsory religious papers. The papers that decide the result are the main subjects of each group.
Why a low Part-I rate is not the end of the story
Here is the number worth remembering. The students who sat Part-I in Rawalpindi in 2025 are largely the same batch that took the combined Intermediate result this September. In Part-I, 43.46% of them cleared every paper. A year later, in the 2026 Part-II result, the board’s overall pass rate was 60.08% (36,896 of 61,409 candidates).
That jump happens because Part-I works on a part-wise system. Students move on to Part-II regardless of their Part-I result, and any Part-I subject below 33% is cleared along with the Part-II exam. Many students who struggle in the first year catch up in the second.
Girls lead, again
In this year’s Part-II result, girls in Rawalpindi passed at 67.56% against 46.52% for boys, and girls took all top three positions. The gap in Part-I usually looks similar. If you are a male student who finds the result disappointing, you are not alone in that, and the second year is where it can be turned around.
Failed a Paper? Rechecking and What Comes Next
Passing marks: you need at least 33% in each paper. If you score below that in a subject, you do not repeat the year. You carry on into Part-II and appear in that subject again along with your Part-II exam.
Rechecking: you can apply online within 15 days of the result, through the board’s E-Services portal (eservices.biserawalpindi.edu.pk). Rechecking confirms that every answer was marked and every mark added correctly; it is not a fresh evaluation. It is most worth it when one paper is far below your usual level, or when you are a few marks short of 33%.

The 15-day window starts on result day. Apply early so a slow website or bank queue does not push you past the deadline. During September the E-Services portal shows the Part-II rechecking; it switches to Part-I after 22 October.
